RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


At ZAMOTHRA, we are committed to providing our customers with top-quality eyewear that is comfortable and affordable. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or expectations, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible.


We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. 


Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, all items must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging. 


How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please click HERE to access our returns portal. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted. 


Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, a defective/wrong item, or if the package arrives damaged. Shipping delays caused by customs clearance are not valid reasons for return. 

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong color/size, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a voucher code to use during the return process. For any other return reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. 


Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. 


Exchanges: If you want to exchange your product for a different size or model, please indicate this when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. 


Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer care team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund. 


Cancellation Policy: Due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order is processed. Shipping process begins immediately after your order is placed. Once shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent, no changes can be made.
