Are ZAMOTHRAs UV protected?
All our sunglasses feature UV400 protection, shielding against 100% of ultraviolet rays.
How do I care for my sunglasses?
To ensure your ZAMOTHRA eyewear stays in great condition, we recommend the following care instructions:
We provide a free soft case with every frame. To minimize wear, store your glasses in the case when not in use.
Clean your lenses regularly with a soft, clean cloth (like the one provided) to avoid smudges and scratches.
If your glasses become loose over time, you can tighten screws with a small screwdriver or visit an optical store for adjustments every six months.
Do you offer prescription lenses?
We don’t offer prescription lenses ourselves, but if you decide to have your lenses replaced at an optician, we recommend choosing metal or acetate frames.
Are your sunglasses unisex?
Yes! All of our styles can be worn by everyone.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to Canada and the US, but we’ll be expanding to international shipping very soon.
How long does shipping take within NA?
Canada Post provides our delivery service and orders should arrive within 1-3 business days.
How much does the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all our products.
Can I change my address after I placed my order?
If you need to update your address after placing an order, please email info@zamothra.com as soon as possible. Our customer care team will make every effort to assist you, but due to our fast processing, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is underway. Contact us promptly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
When your item is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
If you have your tracking number, you can also check your order
status on our tracking page. If the tracking number isn’t immediately
active, please wait a few hours and try again, as updates may take some time.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is underway. To ensure fast processing and shipping, we start the shipping process immediately after your order is placed. Once you receive the shipping confirmation and tracking information, changes cannot be made. If you need assistance, please contact our customer care team at info@zamothra@com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request
What is the return policy?
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All returned
item(s) must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging.

My sunglasses are faulty, what should I do?
We are extremely sorry to hear you received a faulty item. Please
contact info@zamothra.com and we will help you to resolve the issue.
How do I return an item?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please check our returns portal. We will provide a
return shipping label and instructions for sending back your package.
Please note, items returned without initiating a return request will not
be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. For more details, please refer to our full Refund policy.
When will I be refunded?
Your refund will be processed once we receive your return. You can
track your parcel using the tracking number from your pre-paid label.
After we receive the returned item(s), please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return request.
If you paid with a credit card, you will either:
Receive a direct refund to your credit card account, or
Have the original transaction canceled by your bank. In this case,
neither the original transaction nor the refund will be visible as the
transaction will be deleted. Please monitor your credit card statements
to ensure you receive your refund or see the original transaction
canceled.
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund within 7
business days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
You’ll receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
Depending on your bank, the refund may take 1 to 10 business days to
appear.
Warranty
What does the warranty cover and how long does it last?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all eyewear, covering soldering points that fail due to manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover the following:
Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.
Breakdown or damage caused by improper use, lack of care (e.g., knocks, crushing, dents, broken glass), or accidents.
Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear, including
consumables (components expected to require periodic replacement during
the product's lifespan).
To validate the warranty, contact our customer care team with proof
of purchase and a photo of the defective product within the warranty
period.
**Note*: ZAMOTHRA reserves the right to deny free warranty service if the required documents are incomplete or illegible.

Our frames are sourced from top suppliers and manufacturers around the world.
All our glasses are designed and assembled in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
What should I do if my glasses slide down my nose or don’t sit straight on my face?
You can visit a qualified optician for a precise fit adjustment of your
glasses. Many eye care professionals offer this service at no charge.
