How to read a size chart. Total width is the whole front of the frame, measured straight across. Lens width is one lens; frame height is the height of the front. The bridge is the gap between the lenses, over your nose. Temple length runs along the arm to the ear.
The quickest check: measure the total width of sunglasses you already own and like, then choose a ZAMOTHRA frame close to that number.
